The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provides significant opportunities for communities to expand and improve out-of-school time programming for children and youth. Join An-Me Chung of the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Margo Quiriconi of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, and Jennifer Rinehart of the Afterschool Alliance to learn how ARRA dollars can support out-of-school time programs and expanded learning opportunities for children and youth, and the important roles grantmakers can play in ensuring that ARRA funds are used strategically in their communities.
